Let’s Get Started!
Your heart. If you're a church going Christian, you've most likely heard messages about the heart. But there is so much more depth in that topic than what you normally hear.
What we believe originates in our heart. These beliefs are based on various inputs such as what we've been taught, what we've experienced, and what we've witnessed. It includes disappointments, achievements, and failures. All of these pieces come together to form our belief system. Because the road each person has traveled varies, each person's belief system also varies as a result.
When we become Christians, we have to alter our beliefs to align with God's way of thinking. If there are any residual influences from our past still looming in our hearts, this can prevent the new way of thinking from fully developing.
Identity. Authority. Power.
In other words...Who we are...What our rights are...and What we can do.
These are such critical concepts that we need to fully grasp in our hearts (in our belief system). We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. We have been given authority because of our position in Christ. Our words have the same wonder working power and annointing that Jesus had.
All of this is available to us because of God's great love demonstrated through His grace. There is nothing we can do to earn it. It can only be accessed through a genuine relationship with our Creator. Our Father. Our Savior and Lord. The One who loves us more than anyone on the earth. The One who was willing to suffer and die in our place so that we could have a relationship with Him. The One who prepared a way for us here and in heaven.
It's not about "doing" or "performing" or "not sinning." It's about a one on one relationship with God. It about changing our belief system so that it reflects God's way of thinking. It's about uprooting the beliefs that are not in alignment with God. It's a journey not a destination. We will continually learn and grow as we walk through the process with Him. The place we start is with Him...and everything else will follow.

Biblical and Practical Ways to Conquer Fear, Anxiety and Panic Attacks
All of us have dealt with fear and anxiety at some point. But for some, it has us in a vice grip and affects (or infects) our every day life. It interferes with daily activities. It comes at the worst times. It can paralyze us. Worst, it holds us back from living in the fullness of God’s unconditional love and the beautiful life He planned for us. Are you ready to take a stand and reclaim your peace?
Confession isn't simply saying something positive over and over again. True Biblical confession is saying what God says about you and has promised to you. We don’t do this to make God move or earn the promise. Instead, it is an action that we take to demonstrate our belief in God. It our response to what grace has already provided.
